Wisdom force is the Workforce Development Department of Wisdom Community, designed for individuals aged 16 and up. This program provides on-site job training at different locations, along with workshops on self-development, business development, and related skills. Participants in this program gain life and workforce skills through hands-on experience. By attending workshops and classes, they develop the confidence and knowledge needed to enter the workforce with practical skills.

 

Through our partnerships with small business owners, & our in-house Wisdom gigs Wisdom force participants receive short-term job opportunities that are paid yet require no long-term commitment. This allows them to gain diverse skills in a shorter time, helping them determine their long-term career goals. Additionally, the program provides certification opportunities and specialized skill training. We also host public workshops to benefit community members who are not formally enrolled in the program.
